Mutton chops with green pepper

 

Ingredients for Mutton chops with green pepper:

  1. Mutton with bone – 1 kg
  2. Onion chopped – 200 gm
  3. Garlic chopped – 100 gm
  4. Ginger chopped – 25 gm
  5. Green chillies split into two or four – 10
  6. Green pepper – 50 gm
  7. Curry leaves – a handful
  8. Salt – as per taste
  9. Coconut oil – as needed

How to prepare Mutton chops with green pepper?

  1. Crush mutton along with bone and spread it.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
  3. When its bad smell seizes add onions and sauté well.
  4. Add grinded green pepper paste to it sauté again. Then add mutton and salt and stir well.
  5. When mutton is cooked well, add split green chillies and curry leaves. Stir well and put flame off.
