Mutton chops with green pepper
Ingredients for Mutton chops with green pepper:
- Mutton with bone – 1 kg
- Onion chopped – 200 gm
- Garlic chopped – 100 gm
- Ginger chopped – 25 gm
- Green chillies split into two or four – 10
- Green pepper – 50 gm
- Curry leaves – a handful
- Salt – as per taste
- Coconut oil – as needed
How to prepare Mutton chops with green pepper?
- Crush mutton along with bone and spread it.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
- When its bad smell seizes add onions and sauté well.
- Add grinded green pepper paste to it sauté again. Then add mutton and salt and stir well.
- When mutton is cooked well, add split green chillies and curry leaves. Stir well and put flame off.
