Muttapori
Ingredients for Muttapori:
1. Eggs – 4
2. Maida – ¾ cup
Ghee – 1 small spoon
Salt and water – As needed
3. Coconut oil – As needed
4. Onion – 2, chopped
Ginger crushed – 1 small spoon
Garlic crushed – 1 small spoon
Green chillies – 4, chopped
Curry leaves – 1 big spoon
5. Turmeric powder – 1/2 small spoon
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
6. Coconut oil – For frying
How to prepare Muttapori?
1. Boil eggs, and cut each one into two halves.
2. Prepare dough similar to chapati using ingredients no: 2.
3. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté ingredients no: 4.
4. When onions turn golden brown colour, add the powders and salt.
5. Add eggs also, and put the flame off.
6. Spread the dough into chapatis.
7. Place a little filling inside them, also one egg half each.
8. Wrap it fully and deep fry in hot oil.
