Mushroom Rice

Ingredients for Mushroom Rice:

1. Sesame oil – 2 big spoons

2. Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped

3. Celery chopped fine – 1 big spoon

4. Onions chopped fine – 1/4cup

5. Capsicum chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Button mushroom – 200 gm, sliced

6. Basmati rice cooked – 2 cups

7. Soya sauce – 2 small spoons

   Vinegar – 1 small spoon

   Salt – For taste

   Pepper powder – As needed

8. Spring onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Mushroom Rice?

1. In a thick bottomed pan, heat oil and sauté garlic.

2. Add celery and sauté again, followed by onions.

3. When onions turn crystal like, add capsicum and mushroom.

4. Sauté in high flame, till mushroom turns brown and water content is absorbed.

5. Add cooked rice and mix it using a fork. Avoid lumps.

6. Add ingredients no: 7, followed by spring onions.

7. Put off the flame and serve hot.
