Minced Fish Roasted (Minced Meen Chuttath)
Ingredients for Minced Fish Roasted ((Minced Meen Chuttath):
1. Fish – ¼ kg
2. Onions chopped fine – ¼ cup
Ginger – Half inch piece finely chopped
Curry leaves – 1 stalk
Salt – As required
3. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup
Green chillies -3
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
Salt – As required
4. Banana leaf pieces – As required
How to prepare Minced Fish Roasted (Minced Meen Chuttath)?
1. Make a fine paste of fish and mix it with ingredients no: 2.
2. Make coconut chutney using ingredients no: 3.
3. Now mix fish mixture with chutney.
4. Apply a little oil on your palm, and spread this mixture uniformly like small dosas on banana leaf pieces.
5. Place them along with banana leaf on hot tawa and fry well.
6. Press well using spatula to cook them well.
