Meat-Koorkka-Chena Mezhukkupuratti (Meat-Chinese Potato-Yam Dry Fry)

Ingredients for Meat-Koorkka-Chena Mezhukkupuratti (Meat-Chinese Potato-Yam Dry Fry):

1. Meat of your choice – ½ kg

2. Salt – For taste

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

3. Chinese potato chopped – ½ cup

    Yam – ½ cup

    Salt – For taste

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Onion – 1, chopped

4. Oil – As needed

5. Garlic – 10 cloves, crushed

    Coconut sliced – ¼ cup

6. Chilli powder – 2 big spoons

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Meat-Koorkka-Chena Mezhukkupuratti (Meat-Chinese Potato-Yam Dry Fry)?

1. Cook meat adding salt and turmeric powder.

2. Cook ingredients no: 3 in another vessel.

3. When it’s 3/4th done, take from flame.

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and coconut pieces.

5. Add the powders, followed by cooked meat and mix well.

6. Add the cooked vegetables and sauté till water content is fully absorbed.

7. Your dish should turn almost dry.
