Manthal Crumb Fry (Turbot Crumb Fry)

Ingredients for Manthal Crumb Fry (Turbot Crumb Fry):

1. Manthal (Turbot), after removing spines – 2

2. Salt – For taste

    Lemon juice – From one lemon

    Mustard paste – ½ small spoon

    Egg beaten – 1

    Pepper powder – As required

    Maida – 1 small spoon

3. Bread crumbs – To coat fish

4. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Manthal Crumb Fry (Turbot Crumb Fry)?

1. Mix ingredients no: 2 together to make a paste.

2. Marinate fish using this paste and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

3. Heat oil and fry marinated fish pieces till they turn golden brown.
