Mango Pancake (Mambazham Vilayicha Ada)

Ingredients for Mango Pancake (Mambazham Vilayicha Ada):

1. Milk – 10 small spoon (50 milli)

    Egg – 2

    Sugar – 4 small spoons

    Maida – 100 gm

    Mango pulp – 100 milli

    Refined oil – 50 milli

    Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon

2. Ghee – 4 small spoons

3. Mango – 200 gms, cut into small square pieces

4. Coconut scrapped – ¼ cup

    Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Mango Pancake (Mambazham Vilayicha Ada)?

1. Take all ingredients listed as 1 into a bowl.

2. Mix well and prepare the batter.

3. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté mango pieces.

4. Add ingredients no: 4 to it, mix well and take from flame. This is the mango filling used for mango ada.

5. Heat a non-stick pan and pour one big spoon each of batter.

6. Prepare pancake and place a little filling inside it.

7. Fold it once and cook well by flipping both sides.
