Mango Dessert
Ingredients for Mango Dessert:
1. Cornflour – 1.5 big spoons
2. Milk – 1 cup
3. Sugar – ½ cup
4. Thick curd – 2 cup
5. Mango cut into ¼ inch square pieces – 250 gm
6. Cashews fried and chopped – 2 big spoons
Mango pieces and cherry – To decorate
How to prepare Mango Dessert?
1. Hang curd in a piece of thin cloth to completely remove water content.
2. Add a little milk to corn flour powder and mix well without formation of lumps.
3. Add remaining milk also and mix it well.
4. Bring this mixture to boil, adding sugar also.
5. Allow this mixture to cool completely.
6. Transfer curd to a bowl and smash it well.
7. Add corn flour mixture to it along with mango pieces and mix it slowly.
8. Transfer this mango dessert to serving glasses or bowls.
9. Decorate them with mango pieces, nuts and cherries.
10. Refrigerate it for some time and serve.
