Maangayinji Vella Achar (Mango Ginger White Pickle)
Mango Ginger is a species of ginger, with the aroma and taste of mango. It’s widely used in making chutneys.
Ingredients for Maangayinji Vella Achar (Mango Ginger White Pickle):
1. Water – 1 cup
Vinegar – ¼ cup
Salt – As required
2. Mango Ginger chopped into fine round pieces after removing skin – 1 cp
Green chillies – 10, chopped into fine round pieces
Garlic – 10 cloves, chopped lengthwise
How to prepare Maangayinji Vella Achar (Mango Ginger White Pickle)?
1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together and boil well.
2. Put the flame off and add ingredients no: 2.
3. Mix the contents well and allow to cool.
