Kozhi Ada

Ingredients for Kozhi Ada:

1. Boneless chicken – ¼ kg

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – As required

2. Oil – 2 big spoons

3. Ginger – 1 small piece chopped fine

    Garlic -3 cloves, chopped fine

    Green chillies – 5, chopped fine

    Curry leaves – 2 stalks

4. Onions – 3 big, chopped fine

5. Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

6. Maida – 2 cups

    Ghee – ¼ cup

    Salt – As required

7. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Kozhi Ada?

1. Cook chicken adding turmeric powder and salt. Water should be fully absorbed. Then blend it once in a mixer.

2. Heat oil and saute ingredients no: 3. Then sauté onions. Add garam masala powder and minced chicken to it, and sauté again for a few more minutes.

3. Prepare dough by mixing ingredients no: 6 adding sufficient water.

4. Make small balls from the prepared flour. It will be around 25 balls.

5. Now spread each ball and place chicken filling inside it.

6. Fold one side to get a half-moon shape and stick well the edges.

7. Heat oil and fry each piece in medium heat.

8. Fry both sides and serve hot.
