Konkani Dosa
Ingredients for Konkani Dosa:
- Ponni rice (Pachari/raw rice) – 1 cup
- Jaggery – as needed
- Methi – 3/4 tsp
- Salt, ghee and baking soda – as needed
Method of preparation of Konkani Dosa:
- Soak rice and fenu greek seeds separately.
- Grind together. It should be well grinded.
- Powder jaggery and add to rice batter and place it to sour, overnight.
- Add salt and baking soda in the morning and mix the contents well.
- Spread ghee in the tawa and make dosas.
- Serve them with thick coconut milk.
