Kadukka Nirachath
Ingredients for Kadukka Nirachath:
1. Mussels (Kadukka/Chippi/Kallummakaya) cleaned – 10
2. Raw rice (Puzhungalari) – 1 glass
3. Coconut – ½
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 3 cloves
Fennel seeds – ½ small spoon
Shallots – 7
Green chillies – 3
Salt – For taste
Turmeric powder – 2 small spoons
4. Coconut oil – As required
How to prepare Kadukka Nirachath?
1. Soak rice and grind it well adding ingredients no: 3.
2. Open the shell of mussels and stuff it with the masala.
3. Close the shell and deep fry in coconut oil.
