Jam Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients for Jam Thumbprint Cookies:
1. Butter – 50 gm
Sugar powdered – ¼ cup
2. Maida – 120 gm
3. Water – A little
4. Jam of your choice – As required
How to prepare Jam Thumbprint Cookies?
1. Pre-heat oven in 150 degree celsious.
2. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and beat well.
3. Add maida to it and using fingers mix the ingredients till it turns bread crumbs like.
4. Add water little by little and gently knead the dough without adding extra pressure.
5. Make small balls and using a finger, make a pit at the centre of each one.
6. Place jam as filling for each cookie.
7. Place the cookies in pre-heat oven and bake for 15 minutes.
