Jack Fruit Cup Cake (Chakka Cup Cake)
Ingredients for Jack Fruit Cup Cake (Chakka Cup Cake):
1. Jack fruit – 1 kg
2. Sugar – 150 g
Egg yolk yellow – 3
3. Maida – ¼ kg
Ghee – 100 g
Baking soda – 1 small spoon
Salt – One pinch
4. Condensed milk – ½ tin
Badam powdered – 1 g
5. Egg yolk white – 3
How to prepare Jack Fruit Cup Cake (Chakka Cup Cake)?
- Finely chop half amount of jack fruit, and grind well the remaining part using a mixer.
- Mix well ingredients no: 2. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and blend well again.
- Then add ingredients no: 3, followed by white yolk and blended jack fruit and mix well.
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Spread some ghee in a muffin tin and pour the mixture to it. Then spread finely chopped jack fruit on the top.
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes till it’s done.
- Use a small stick or spoon to check if baking is done properly or not. If it’s not done the batter will stick on to the stick.
- When the cake cools off, sprinkle sugar powder on top using a filter.
