Indian Chicken Curry
Ingredients for Indian Chicken Curry:
1. Chicken – 1.5 kg
2. Onions chopped – 2
Ginger chopped – ½ inch piece
Garlic chopped – 2
3. Coriander powder – 3 tablespoons
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
4. Tomatoes sliced – 2
Salt and oil – As required
How to prepare Indian Chicken Curry?
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients one after another.
2. Add the powders and sauté till a pleasant aroma comes out.
3. Add tomato and cook till gravy thickens.
4. Add chicken pieces, after fully removing water content.
5. Add salt and cook chicken till it’s done.
