Green Pepper – Sardine Fish Fry

Ingredients for Green Pepper – Sardine Fish Fry:

1. Sardine – 250 gms

2. Green pepper – ¼ cup

    Garlic – 3 cloves

    Ginger – 1 small piece

    Curry leaves – 2 springs

    Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

    Fennel seeds – ¼ small spoon

    Fenugreek seeds – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Green Pepper – Sardine Fish Fry?

1. Clean fish and draw lines on it.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.

3. Marinate sardines using this paste and allow to rest for half an hour.

4. Deep fry in hot oil.
