Green Peas & Potato Curry
Ingredients for Green Peas & Potato Curry:
1. Ghee – ¼ cup
2. Asafoetida powder – 1 pinch
Ginger finely chopped – 1 big spoon
Cumin seeds – 1.5 spoons
3. Potato – 4, medium sized, cut into square pieces
Green chillies – 4 or 5
Water – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
Fenugreek powder – ¼ small spoon
Green peas – 1 cup
Salt – As required
4. Coriander leaves finely chopped – To decorate
How to prepare Green Peas & Potato Curry?
1. Heat ghee and sauté ingredients no: 2 in low flame.
2. Add potato pieces and green chillies to it and sauté for five minutes.
3. When you get a pleasant spicy aroma, add ingredients no: 4.
4. Mix the ingredients well, close the lid and cook the ingredients for next 15-20 minutes.
5. Decorate with coriander leaves and serve hot with Chapati.
