Gooseberry Curd Curry (Nellikka Thairu Curry)

Ingredients for Gooseberry Curd Curry (Nellikka Thairu Curry):

1. Gooseberry – 5

2 .Water and salt – As required

3. Coconut oil – 1 big spoon

4. Mustard – 1 small spoon

    Fenugreek – 1 small spoon

    Shallots – 4, chopped

    Curry leaves – As needed

5. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

6. Curd – 1 cup

How to prepare Gooseberry Curd Curry (Nellikka Thairu Curry)?

1. Cook gooseberry adding water and salt.

2. Remove the seed and cut into small pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.

4. Add chilli powder and sauté for 2 more minutes.

5. Allow the contents to cool.

6. Add curd to gooseberry and then add chilli powder mixture.

7. Mix the contents well and serve.
