Ginger – Roti Special
Ingredients for Ginger – Roti Special:
1. Fresh cream – 1 cup
Ginger jam – 1 big spoon
Condensed milk – 3 big spoons
2. Bread – 4 slices
3. Ghee – A little
How to prepare Ginger – Roti Special?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1.
2. Place the contents in refrigerator to chill.
3. Cut of the edges of each bread piece and apply ghee on both sides.
4. Toast them in a tawa and cut into small square pieces.
5. Just before you serve, put a piece of fried roti in serving bowl.
6. Pour a little chilled fresh cream mixture on its top and serve.
