Ghee Banana
Ingredients for Ghee Banana:
1. Kerala banana (big sized) – 3
2. Sugar – 5-6 small spoon
Ghee – 5 small spoons
Water – ½ cup
3. Coconut scrapped and cashew nuts, fried – To decorate
How to prepare Ghee Banana?
1. Cut banana into big pieces in slanting position.
2. Heat a thick bottomed pan and add bananas along with ingredients no: 2.
3. Close the lid, reduce the flame and cook banana pieces.
4. Continue cooking till sugar turned caramelized and banana pieces are cooked well.
5. Transfer the contents to a serving plate.
6. Decorate with fried coconut and cashews.

Note: You can also sprinkle a little cardamom powder if you wish.
