Full Chicken Curry

Ingredients for Full Chicken Curry:

1. Chicken – 1, full (below 800 gram)

2. Curd – 2 big spoons

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. Coconut oil – As required

4. Onions – 3, chopped fine

    Ginger paste – 1 small spoon

    Garlic paste – 1 small spoon

5. Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Coriander powder – 4 small spoons

6. Cardamom – 3

    Cloves – 3

    Cinnamon – 1-inch piece

    Pepper – 1 small spoon

    Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

    Fennel seeds – 1 small spoon

    Cashews or almonds – 6 or 7

7. Onion – 1 small, chopped fine

    Green chillies – 2, chopped

    Curry leaves – 2 stems

    Tomato – ½, chopped

How to prepare Full Chicken Curry?

1. Clean chicken as whole and marinate it using ingredients no: 2

2. Allow the chicken to rest for an hour.

3. Heat oil and fry chicken till it turns golden brown.

4. In the remaining oil sauté ingredients no: 4, followed by ingredients no: 5.

5. Take off from the flame and allow it to cool.

6. Make smooth gravy of the above mixture using a mixer.

7. Dry fry ingredients no: 6 and make a fine powder when it cools.

8. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 7.

9. Add onion gravy and fried masala powders to it and sauté again.

10. Add fried chicken to it and half cup hot water, and salt if extra needed.

11. Close the lid and cook in low flame for next 15 minutes or till gravy thickens.

12. Decorate your full chicken with coriander leaves and serve.
