Fish Rice Moly

Ingredients for Fish Rice Moly:

1. Fish with thick flesh – ½ kg

2. Biryani rice – ¼ cup

3. Oil – 4 small spoons

4. Onions sliced thin – ½ cup

    Ginger sliced thin – ½ small spoon

    Garlic – 6 cloves

    Green chillies – 6, end split

    Crushed pepper – ½ small spoon

5. Coriander powder – 2 small spoons

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Vinegar – 2 small spoons

6. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup

7. Mint leaves and coriander leaves – 2 big spoons each

How to prepare Fish Rice Moly?

1. Extract ½ cup first milk from scrapped coconut.

2. Clean the fish, remove spines and cut into small pieces.

3. Cook rice and drain off excess water.

4. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 4.

5. Add fish pieces along with ingredients no: 5, and mix the contents well.

6. Cook fish. Add water too.

7. When it’s done the gravy completely wraps it.

8. Add coconut milk along with cooked rice.

9. Reduce to low flame and mix the contents well.

10. Decorate with mint and coriander leaves, and serve hot.
