Fish In Foil
Ingredients for Fish In Foil:
1. Catla fish sliced, after removing spine and skin – ½ kg
2. Pepper powder – ½ big spoon
Shallots – 4, chopped
Ginger – 1 small piece, chopped
Garlic – 1 cluster, chopped
Green chillies – 2, chopped
Curry leaves – 1 stem
Chilli powder – 2 big spoons
Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
Salt – For taste
3. Oil – 1.5 big spoons
4. Lemon juice – 2 big spoons
Honey – ½ big spoon
Garlic fried – A little
Coriander leaves chopped – A little
How to prepare Fish In Foil?
1. Clean fish and marinate using the paste mixing ingredients no: 2.
2. Grease a pan using a little oil and fry both sides of fish.
3. Remove the extracted water from fish and keep aside.
4. Place cooked fish in a foil.
5. Heat ingredients no: 4 along with water extracted while cooking fish.
6. Pour this hot gravy on the top of fish.
7. Serve hot.
Note: You can also avoid honey from this recipe if you don’t want to add sweetness to your dish.
