Fish Burger
Ingredients for Fish Burger:
1. Seer fish (Neymeen) – 250 gms
Potato – 100 gms
2. Ginger – 1 small piece
Garlic – 5 cloves
Green chillies – 3
Onion, small sized – 1
3. Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon, chopped
Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
4. Salt – For taste
5. Egg beaten – 2
Bread crumbs – As required
6. Oil – As needed
7. Hamburger Buns – As needed
How to prepare Fish Burger?
1. Cook fish and potato separately, and smash them.
2. Chop ingredients no: 2.
3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.
4. When it’s done, add smashed potato and fish.
5. Add coriander leaves and pepper, close the lid and cook for a few minutes.
6. Take it off the flame and allow to cool.
7. Make small balls and press once to get cutlet shapes.
8. Dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
9. Deep fry these fish cutlets in hot oil.
10. Place the cutlets inside Hamburger Buns and serve.
11. You can also add a few vegetables/leafy vegetables inside the bun.
