Egg Pickle

Ingredients for Egg Pickle:

1. Vinegar – 2 cups

2. Cinnamon – 1 big piece

    Cloves – 12

    Mustard – 1 big spoon, powdered

    Pepper powder – 1 big spoon

    Garlic crushed – 1 big spoon

    Ginger crushed – 1 big spoon

    Salt and sugar – As needed

3. Eggs – 10, boiled

How to prepare Egg Pickle?

1. Mix ingredients no: 2 with vinegar and boil well in a pan.

2. Allow it to cool, and then strain it.

3. Transfer eggs to a container and pour vinegar mixture into it.

4. Close the lid tightly and allow it to rest for a week.

5. You can start using egg pickle after a week.
