Egg Fritters

Ingredients for Egg Fritters:

1. Eggs – 3

2. Spring onion chopped – 1 small spoon

   Celery chopped – 1 small spoon

   Soya sauce – 1 small spoon

   Salt and pepper – As needed

3. Maida – 2 big spoons

   Corn flour – 2 big spoons

   Water – As needed

4. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Egg Fritters?

1. Beat the eggs and add ingredients no: 2 to it.

2. Heat a frying pan and prepare an omelette using this mixture.

3. Cut this omelette into small square pieces.

4. Mix maida and corn flour adding sufficient water and prepare thick batter.

5. Heat oil in a pan.

6. Dip each omelette piece in batter and deep fry in hot oil.

7. Egg fritters should tur golden brown.
