Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:

1. Eggs whipped adding sufficient salt and pepper – 3

2. Oil – As required

3. Onions chopped – 1

4. Ginger & garlic chopped – ½ small spoon each

5. Carrot, beans and capsicum chopped fine – ½ cup each

6. Basmati rice 3/4th cooked – 3 cups (adding sufficient salt)

7. Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Egg Fried Rice?

1. Heat oil and sauté onions. Add ginger and garlic and continue sauting.

2. Add beaten eggs and scramble it well.

3. Add chopped vegetables and mix well.

4. When vegetables are cooked, add boiled rice and pepper and mix well.

5. Close the lid and cook in low flame for 2 more minutes.

6. Serve hot.
