Egg Chutney Kabab – Recipe 2

Ingredients for Egg Chutney Kabab:

1. Eggs boiled and cut lengthwise – 4

2. Egg white – 2, beaten

3. Oil – For frying

For chutney:

4. Coconut scrapped – ¾ cup

    Green chillies – 2

    Ginger – 1 tsp

    Garlic – 1 tsp

    Coriander leaves – A little

5. Lemon juice – 1 tsp

6. Salt – As required

How to prepare Egg Chutney Kabab?

1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 4.

2. Add lemon juice and salt and mix well.

3. Wrap the cut part of each egg piece with this chutney.

4. Dip in beaten eggs and fry in hot oil.
