Dilsha Prasannan – Malayalam television actress and dancer of ‘D4 Dance’ fame

Dilsha Prasannan is an actress and dancer associated with Malayalam television industry. She made her debut with the TV show Global Kaanakanmani, aired on Asianet, and came to prominence through the dance reality show – Idea D4 Dance on Mazhavil Manorama. She played the grey shaded character Manasa in the popular TV soap – Kana Kanmani. She is known for wooing her fans with her dance moves and also uploads her dance videos on social media.

Dilsha Prasannan hails from Kozhikode, Kerala. She was born in 1991. Prasannan and Beena are her parents. She completed her schooling from Koyilandy and studied Air hostess course from Frankfinn Institute. She came to limelight for the first time after she appeared as a contestant of Idea D4 Dance, and finished as one of the finalists. The reality show also helped her to bag her first acting role through TV soap – Kana Kanmani. She received Best New Face Award at Asianet Television Awards for her debut role. She shared the award with Gowri Krishna in 2016. She contested in the reality show, ‘Dare the Fear’, and Bigg Boss (Malayalam) 4.
