Dates Rolls
Ingredients for Dates Rolls:
- Dates crushed without seeds – 1 Kg
- Butter – 100 gm
- Mari biscuit – 20
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
Method of preparation of Dates Rolls:
- Heat a pan and add butter and sugar.
- When it starts melting add dates and sauté for 10-15 minutes. Put the flame off
- Break biscuits into 4 pieces each and add to dates. Mix contents well.
- Spread this mixture in a butter paper or aluminum foil and roll it to form a rod.
- Allow it to cool and then place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into thin round pieces along with foil. Remove foil and use.
