Ingredients for Dates – Cashew Fry (Eenthapazham – Andiparipp Porichath):
1. Dates – 15
2. Cashews – 15
3. Maida – 2 big spoons
4. Water – ¼ cup
5. Salt – For taste
6. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Dates – Cashew Fry (Eenthapazham – Andiparipp Porichath)?
1. Split the dates and remove seeds.
2. Insert cashews inside.
3. Crush it slightly using a stone.
4. Prepare batter from maida adding sufficient salt and water.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Dip each date in maida batter and fry in hot oil.
