Cucumber Roti
Ingredients for Cucumber Roti:
1. Grated cucumber – ¾ cup
2. Green chillies – 3
3. Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
4. Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
5. Rice flour – 1.5 cups
6. Salt and oil – Needed for preparation
How to prepare Cucumber Roti?
1. Add cumin seeds, cucumber and green chillies to a blender and make a fine paste.
2. Add this paste to rice flour and mix well.
3. Add salt and sesame seeds and knead it well.
4. If needed, you can add a little warm water.
5. Now roll them to rotis.
6. Prepare cucumber rotis using a tawa. Add oil if needed.
