Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Ingredients for Chocolate Walnut Brownies:

1. Dark or milk chocolate – 200 gm

2. Butter melted – ¾ cup

3. Sugar powdered – ¼ cup

4. Eggs – 2

5. Vanilla essence – 2 tsp

6. Maida – ¾ cup

7. Coco powder – ¼ cup

8. Salt – ½ tsp

9. Walnut – ¾ cup

How to prepare Chocolate Walnut Brownies?

1. Melt half quantity of chocolate and cut remaining portion into small parts.

2. Allow the melted chocolate to cool completely.

3. Melt butter in low flame or using microwave oven.

4. Beat eggs and powdered sugar in a bowl using an egg beater.

5. Add vanilla essence and melted chocolate and mix well.

6. Strain maida, coco powder and salt through a sieve and add to the above mixture.

7. Add ½ cup walnut and mix contents slowly.

8. Transfer the batter to greased moulds or tray.

9. Sprinkle chocolate chips and remaining walnuts.

10. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree celsious.

11. Bake your brownie for 20-25 minutes in oven.
