Chilli Bread

Ingredients for Chilli Bread:

1. Ghee -1 big spoon

2. Mustard, cumin seeds, black gram dal – 1 small spoon each

    Cashews – 8-10

    Curry leaves – 1 stem

3. Onion – ½, chopped fine

4. Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Green chillies – 4, chopped fine

    Ginger – ½ inch piece, chopped fine

5. Bread small pieces – 2 cups

6. Egg – 1, beaten

    Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

7. Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

8. Coriander leaves, chopped – A little, to decorate

How to prepare Chilli Bread?

1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 and sauté again.

4. Add bread pieces and mix for 2 minutes.

5. Add ingredients no: 6, keep stirring and cook the contents.

6. When egg sets, add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

7. Put off the flame and toss the contents.

8. Serve hot.
