Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients for Chicken with Vegetables:
1. Chicken – 750 gm
2. Salt – As required
Vinegar – 1 big spoon
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
3. Oil – As required
4. Soya sauce – 2 small spoons
5. Garlic – 5 cloves, sliced
6. Onion – 1, cut into 4 pieces
7. Vegetables like carrot, broccoli etc – 1 cup
8. Celery chopped – ¼ cup
9. Stock – 1 cup
Tomato sauce – 1 big spoon
Corn flour – 2 small spoons, mixed in 1 big spoon water
10. Sugar – 1 small spoon
11. Salt and pepper – As required
How to prepare Chicken with Vegetables?
1. Cook chicken adding ingredients no: 2.
2. Heat oil and fry chicken.
3. Add soya sauce and take from flame.
4. Heat oil and sauté garlic. Then add onions and sauté again.
5. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for a while.
6. Add celery to it and cook the vegetables.
7. Once vegetables are well cooked, add fried chicken pieces to it.
8. Mix it well and add ingredients no: 9.
9. Allow your curry to boil well.
10. Add salt and pepper and take off from flame.
