Chicken – Omelette Energy Pack
Ingredients for Chicken – Omelette Energy Pack:
1. Boneless chicken cooked – 3 pieces
2. Egg – 1
3. Capsicum of green, yellow and red colours chopped lengthwise – 3 spoons
4. Chopped onions – ½
5. Pepper powder – ½ tsp
6. Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
7. Oil – As required
How to prepare Chicken – Omelette Energy Pack?
1. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté capsicum and onions.
2. When it is done, add the powders.
3. Add chicken, saute well and take off the flame.
4. Make an omelette using the egg.
5. Place the filling at the centre of the omelette and wrap from both sides.
6. Decorate your chicken-omelette pack with spring onions and serve.
