Chicken Makhli Kabab
Chicken Makhli Kabab is an Awadhi dish.
Ingredients for Chicken Makhli Kabab:
1. Chicken breast cut into square pieces – ½ kg
2. Garlic chopped fine – 5 cloves
Ajwain powdered – ½ small spoon
Cardamom powdered – 1 small spoon
Green chillies chopped fine – 5
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon
Gram flour – 3 small spoons
Cream – 1 small spoon
Curd – ¼ cup
Turmeric powder – A pinch
Salt – As needed
Lemon juice – 2 small spoons
3. White yolk – From 2 eggs
How to prepare Chicken Makhli Kabab?
1. Mix ingredients no: 2 together and marinate chicken.
2. Allow it to rest for a while.
3. Place chicken in oven and grill it.
4. When chicken is fully cooked, take it out.
5. Beat the egg yolk and marinate chicken using the foam formed while beating.
6. Place chicken back in oven and bake for 3 minutes.
7. Serve with mint chutney.
