Chicken-Carrot Soup
Ingredients for Chicken-Carrot Soup:
1. Chicken – 60 gm
2. Water – ½ litre
3. Barley – 25 gm
4. Carrot cut into small pieces – 100 gm
5. Shallots – 25 gm
6. Salt and pepper powder – For taste
How to prepare Chicken-Carrot Soup?
1. Cook chicken in half litre water.
2. Add washed barley, carrot, shallots, salt and pepper to it.
3. Cook well and serve this soup hot.
