Chicken Ball Curry

Ingredients for Chicken Ball Curry:

1. Boneless chicken – ¼ kg

    Salt – As required

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Garlic – 2 cloves

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

2. Oil – 3 big spoons

3. Onions – 1 big, chopped fine

    Salt – As required

4. Ginger-garlic paste – 3 big spoons

5. Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 3 small spoons

    Coriander powder – 2 small spoons

6. Tomato – 2, sliced into tiny pieces

7. Potato – 1, sliced in round ¼ inch thick pieces

How to prepare Chicken Ball Curry?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1, and grind well in a mixer.

2. Make small balls out of this mixture.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and salt and saute well the contents.

4. When colour changes, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté again.

5. Add ingredients no: 5 to it and sauté again.

6. When the masala smell changes to a pleasant flavour, add tomatoes and sauté again.

7. Add three cups of water and boil the contents.

8. When it starts boiling, add the chicken balls to it and allow it to boil well.

9. Add potato pieces and boil well.

10. Now cook in low flame till chicken and potatoes are done.

11. The curry should not be too thick.

12. Once it’s done, put the flame off.
