Ceylon Chicken

Ingredients for Ceylon Chicken:

1. Chicken – 250 gm

2. Eggs – 2

3. Coriander powder – 1 tsp

    Chilli powder – 1 tsp

    Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

    Salt – For taste

4. Red food colour – As required

5. Refined oil – 4 table spoons

    Onions chopped – 1

    Green chillies chopped – 4

    Ginger paste – 1 tsp

    Garlic paste – 1 tsp

6. Coriander leaves chopped – ¼ cup

    Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

How to prepare Ceylon Chicken?

1. Cut chicken into big pieces and cook adding ingredients no: 3.

2. Once done, remove flesh from bone and add food colour.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chillies.

4. Add garlic & ginger paste too.

5. Add chicken pieces, garam masala powder and coriander leaves, and mix for a few minutes.

6. Add beaten eggs to chicken.

7. When contents are mixed well, put off the flame.
