Carrot-Paripp Chapati (Carrot-Dal Chapati)

Ingredients for Carrot-Paripp Chapati (Carrot-Dal Chapati):

1. Wheat flour – 40 gms

2. Carrot – 15 gms

    Pigeon pea (Toor dal) – 10 gms

    Coriander leaves chopped – A little

3. Oil and salt – As needed

How to prepare Carrot-Paripp Chapati (Carrot-Dal Chapati)?

1. Cook dal and carrot in a pressure cooker and smash well.

2. Add wheat flour, salt, water and chopped coriander leaves, and knead the dough.

3. Make small balls and spread into chapatis/parathas.

4. Heat a tawa and place one chapati.

5. Grease both sides of chapati and cook till brown spots appear on surface.
