Carrot – Moringa Leaves Thoran

Ingredients for Carrot – Moringa Leaves Thoran:

1. Grated carrot – 3

    Moringa leaves chopped – A handful

    Green chillies, end split – 2

    Coconut – 4 tablespoons

    Onions chopped – 1

2. Mustard – ½ tsp

3. Coconut oil – 1 tsp

How to prepare Carrot – Moringa Leaves Thoran?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sputter mustard seeds.

3. Add carrot-moringa mixture to it.

4. Close the lid and cook in low flame.

5. When its done, remove the green chillies from your carrot-moringa thoran.
