Carrot – Cilantro Soup

Ingredients for Carrot – Cilantro Soup:

1. Carrot – 200 gm, after peeling skin & cut into square pieces

    Tomato cut into square pieces – 50 gm

    Yellow capsicum cut into square pieces – 50 gm

    Cilantro chopped fine – 30 gm

    Onion cut into square pieces – 50 gm

    Garlic chopped fine – 2 small spoons

    Cashews powdered – 20 gm

    Lemon juice – ½ small spoon

    Crystal salt – 1 small spoon

2. Cilantro chopped – To decorate

How to prepare Carrot – Cilantro Soup?

1. Add sufficient water to ingredients no: 1 and make a fine paste using a mixer.

2. Adjust salt and lemon juice as required.

3. Decorate with cilantro and serve.
