Cabbage Rice
Ingredients for Cabbage Rice:
1. Boiled rice – 1 cup
2. Cabbage chopped – ¼ cup
3. Salt – For taste
4. Pepper powder -1/4 tsp
5. Butter – 1 tsp
6. Cheese grated – 1 table spoon
How to prepare Cabbage Rice?
1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. When it melts, add cabbage and sauté in medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add salt, cooked rice and pepper powder to it.
4. Sauté the rice for 3-4 minutes more.
5. Take off the flame and add grated cheese to enhance the taste.

Ingredients for Cabbage Rice (Recipe 2):
1. Cooked rice – 1.5 cups
2. Onion chopped – 1
3. Cabbage chopped – 1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped – 1
4. Pepper powder – ½ tsp
5. Butter – 2 table spoons
6. Salt – For taste
7. Cheese grated – 2 table spoons
How to prepare Cabbage Rice (Recipe 2)?
1. Heat butter and sauté onions.
2. Add cabbage and capsicum, and continue sauting.
3. When it’s done, add salt and pepper.
4. Add rice and toss well.
5. Garnish with cheese and serve hot.
