Bread Pudding
Ingredients for Bread Pudding:
1. Caramelized sugar – As needed
2. Bread – 5 slices
Milk – 2 cups
3. Beaten eggs – 4
4. Butter – ¾ cup
Dates – 1 cup
Cashews broken – ¼ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
Baking powder – ½ small spoon
Sugar – ¾ cup
How to prepare Bread Pudding?
1. In a 6-inch sized dish apply caramelized sugar as a thin layer.
2. Soak bread slices in milk.
3. Add beaten eggs to it and mix well.
4. Add ingredients no: 4 to it and mix well again.
5. Pour this mixture to the dish and wrap it well using an aluminum foil or tight lid.
6. Steam cook for 45 minutes.
7. Serve hot.

Bread Pudding (Recipe 2)
Ingredients for Bread Pudding (Recipe 2):
1. Bread – 10 slices
2. Milk – 8 cups
3. Sugar – For taste
4. Egg – 1
5. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
6. Cardamom powder – From 6 nos:
How to prepare Bread Pudding (Recipe 2)?
1. Remove edges of bread slices and soak in 2 cups of milk.
2. Boil 5 cups of milk adding sugar.
3. Continue boiling till it turns thick.
4. Beat 1 egg in 1 cup milk, and add to boiling milk. Keep stirring continuously.
5. When it turns thick, add soaked bread slices, vanilla essence and cardamom powder.
6. Mix the contents well and put off the flame.
7. Transfer the contents to another container and immerse in a container with boiling water.
8. Keep boiling the water for 10-25 minutes, thus preparing the pudding in double-boiling method.
9. Once it’s done, allow it to cool completely.
10. Place it in refrigerator and serve chilled.

Bread Pudding (Recipe 3)
Ingredients for Bread Pudding (Recipe 3):
1. Sugar – 3 cups
Butter – 100 gm
2. Milk – ½-1 cup
3. Cashews broken – ½ cup
4. Bread – As needed
5. Eggs – 3
6. Sugar – ¾ cup
Milk – 3 cups
Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
7. Sugar powdered – 2 big spoons
8. Fruits of different types – Optional
How to prepare Bread Pudding (Recipe 3)?
1. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree Celsius.
2. Boil milk and keep aside.
3. Mix butter and sugar in a pan and place in low flame.
4. When sugar completely melts and turn golden brown, take the pan from flame.
5. Before it cools off, add it to lukewarm milk and mix well.
6. Add broken cashews too.
7. Remove edges of bread pieces and cut into small square pieces.
8. Place them in a baking tray and bake in oven. It should not turn brown.
9. Grease a pudding tray and spread the bread pieces.
10. Pour milk mixture on its top and allow it to rest for a while.
11. If needed, add extra milk.
12. Separate white and yellow yolk of eggs.
13. Add powdered sugar to white yolk and beat well.
14. Add ingredients no: 6 to yellow yolk, place in flame and prepare custard by thickening the contents.
15. Take off from flame an add sugar-white yolk mixture.
16. Mix it well and pour on the top of bread pieces, as second layer.
17. Bake in pre-heated oven for 30—40 minutes.
18. Cook fruits and serve with hot bread pudding.
