Bread Pocket

Ingredients for Bread Pocket:

1. Eggs – 4

    Pepper powder – 2 big spoons

    Salt – As required

2. Bread – 10 slices

3. Oil – As required

4. Cabbage – 100 gm, finely chopped

   Capsicum – 1, finely chopped

   Mayonnaise – 100gm

   Salt and pepper powder – As needed

How to prepare Bread Pocket?

1. Add salt and pepper to eggs and blend it well.

2. Mix together ingredients no: 2. It is the stuffing used.

3. Heat a little oil in a pan, take two bread slices and dip in egg solution and fry them by placing one slice above the other.

4. Flip both sides to fry the bread slices.

5. Continue the process for remaining bread slices.

6. Cut each bread slice into two triangular pieces.

7. Using a knife slightly open the centre portion of each bread set, and stuff vegetable mixture inside it.

8. Serve with tomato sauce.
