Bread – Mango – Custard Pudding
Ingredients for Bread – Mango – Custard Pudding:
1. Bread slices – 8
2. Butter – A little
3. Milk – 2 cup, boiled, cooled and chilled
Condensed milk – ¾ cup
Cashew nuts, almonds and walnut powdered – ½ cup
Mango pulp – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 2 drops
4. Jelly – 1 packet
5. Ice cream and cherries – To decorate
How to prepare Bread – Mango – Custard Pudding?
1. Cut each bread slice to two equal triangular pieces.
2. Apply butter and toast the bread slices.
3. Spread bread pieces in a beautiful serving plate.
4. Mix ingredients no: 3 and pour on the top of bread.
5. Cut the prepared jelly to small pieces and spread in on the top of your bread to decorate.
6. Place your bread-mango-custard pudding in refrigerator to set.
7. Serve aside ice cream.
