1. Chammak Chalo of Ra One – It’s one of the finest choreographed songs of Kareena’s career. After the huge success of this dance number, Kareena was featured in a series of dance numbers. She also appeared as an item girl in several movies later. The song was sung by Akon and Hamsika Iyer and featured on Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena. She looks extremely beautiful in the red saree. The song was penned by Vishal Dadlani & Niranjan Iyengar and composed by Vishal–Shekhar. The song bagged Filmfare nomination in best music, best male playback and best lyrics – indeed a unique achievement.
2. High Heels of Ki & Ka – This recent chartbuster song featured Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor, and was composed by Meet Bros Anjjan and Yo Yo Honey Singh. The song is a solid proof that age is just a number for her. Jaz Dhami, Yo Yo Honey Singh and Aditi Singh Sharma are the voices behind this hit song.
3. Fevicol Se of Dabangg 2 – Kareena made a special appearance for this item number sung by Mamta Sharma, and the song was an instant chartbuster.
4. Mera Naam Mary of Brothers – Kareena did an item number for the film starring Akshay Kumar and Siddharth Malhotra. Dance steps are indeed nice, and she was seen seducing Siddharth Malhotra in this foot tapping number.
5. You Are My Soniya of Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum – The song was a rage in the early 2000s, and when she danced aside youth sensation Hrithik Roshan, the song became a talk among the youth. The song was sung by Sonu Nigam and Alka Yagnik. It was for the first time the actors got paired for a movie. In fact Kareena was to debut opposite Hrithik in Kaho Na Pyar Hai. But she stepped out and Ameesha marked her film debut for the same title role. Kareena appeared in one of the scenes for the film also.
6. Tere Bina of Khushi – The song became an instant chartbuster when got released. But the movie bombed at box office. She was featured aside Fardeen Khan in this dance sequence.
7. Bebo Mein Bebo of Kambaqt Ishq – Though the movie featuring many Hollywood stars couldn’t meet with expectations, songs were instant hits. This sizzling dance number was sung by Alisha Chinoy and featured Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor.
8. Dil Mera Muft Ka of Agent Vinod – The item song featured Maryam Zakaria and Kareena Kapoor. The song was composed by Pritam, and Nandini Srikar rendered the main voice for the song. This dance number was the highlight of the film.
9. It’s Rocking from Kya Love Story Hai – It’s perhaps the first item song of Kareena Kapoor and was an instant chartbuster. The song sung by Alisha Chinai is extremely popular.
10. Zoobi Zoobi of 3 Idiots – The list is incomplete without this lovely rain song featuring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Choreographed in B&W style movies of yesterdays, its dance steps became extremely popular.
