Aishwarya Arjun – Actress daughter of popular south Indian actor Arjun Sarja
Aishwarya Arjun is a south Indian actress, who appears in Tamil and Kannada movies. She is the daughter of popular south Indian actor Arjun Sarja and his actress wife Niveditha Arjun of Ratha Sapthami fame. She is also a film producer, and belongs to the third generation of actors of Sarja family. She made her film debut with the Tamil movie, Pattathu Yaanai in 2013, and marked her Kannada debut with Prema Baraha in 2018. The movie produced by her home production was a bilingual, and its Tamil version was titled Sollividava. The movie fared well at box office.
Aishwarya Arjun was born in Bangalore in 1992 into a filmy family. Both her parents are actors. Her paternal grandfather Shakti Prasad was a veteran Kannada film actor best known for villain roles. Her uncle Kishore Sarja directed a few Kannada films, while her first cousins, Chiranjeevi Sarja (deceased now) and Dhruva Sarja are popular actors in Kannada. Popular Kannada actor Rajesh is her maternal grandfather. Her education was completed in Chennai, before she pursued acting.
She made her film debut with the Tamil movie, Pattathu Yaanai in 2013, which opened to mixed reviews. She was paired with Vishal. After the film’s failure, she took a break from acting. After a hiatus of 5 years, she returned to films with the bilingual Prema Baraha/ Sollividava in 2018, which was a hit. Since then she has not signed any more films.

1. Her younger sister Anjana is a fashion designer based in New York.
2. Before joining films, she enrolled for a fashion management course in London, like her sister. However acting bug bit her and she embarked on a different journey.
3. She is trained in modern dance forms.
4. She is related to actress Meghana Raj (wife of Chiranjeevi Sarja), daughter of Kannada character artists, Sundar Raj and Pramila Joshai.
5. Her father has always been her role model.
6. In 2015 she turned a film producer through Jai Hind 2, which received mixed response.
7. She was offered the romantic tragedy movie ‘Kaadal’ while studying in 9th standard. However as per parents’ wish she stick on to studies, and rejected the role. The movie was a huge hit.
