Besan Laddu
Ingredients for Besan Laddu:
1. Gram flour – 2 cups
2. Ghee – As required
3. Sugar powdered – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Raisins – A little
How to prepare Besan Laddu?
1. Fry gram flour in a pan in low flame.
2. Stir continuously.
3. In another pan melt ghee.
4. Fry gram flour for 12 minutes and add ghee to it. Fry again.
5. When gram flour turns non-sticky to the edges of the pan, take off from flame.
6. When it cools off, add ingredients no: 3 to it and mix well.
7. Now make small laddoos from this mixture.
8. Store laddoos in air-tight containers.

Besan ki Laddu – Recipe 2
Ingredients for Besan ki Laddu (Recipe 2):
1. Ghee – ½ kg
2. Green cardamom powdered – ½ small spoon
3. Gram flour (Besan) – 1 kg
4. Almonds – 20-25
5. Sugar powdered – 2 cups
How to prepare Besan ki Laddu (Recipe 2)?
1. Heat ghee in a pan and add gram flour and powdered cardamom.
2. Keep frying till a good aroma comes out (approximate 10 minutes).
3. Crush almonds and take in a bowl.
4. Add fried gram flour to it and mix well.
5. When it slightly cools, add sugar and mix well.
6. Make laddus from this mixture, of equal size.
